Sharisse is the founder and president of Cail Perry & Associates, a legal recruitment firm specializing in the placement of Black lawyers and women lawyers in law firms and corporations. She graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Spanish and Latin American Studies. She volunteers at her children`s school, Dedham Country Day School, where she is currently President of the Parents` Association and a member of the Board of Directors. Sharisse recognized the need to support parents and children of color in independent schools and founded the Massachusetts Network for Children of Color in Independent Schools (MNCCIS). She is an aspiring writer and avid reader who never leaves home without a book. She/her founder, CEO judi@thewilynetwork.org Cindy holds a BS from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Wharton School, Univ of Pa. She has a background in consulting and action research. Over the past five years, it has invested in small and medium-sized businesses, primarily in the northeastern United States. When Cindy isn`t working or involved with a few other nonprofits, she grows vegetables, takes many walks with her two labs (one neurotic, one always looking for a better deal), reads books, and spends time in Maine. Korie Clegg, MSW she/her clinical research coach korie@thewilynetwork.org Chantée Duncan Executive Assistant chantee@thewilynetwork.org Laura Broffman as Chief Operating Officer laura@thewilynetwork.org In addition to her work with Wily, Michele serves on the board of Community Action Partners (CAP), a pro bono advisory organization to Harvard Business and Kennedy School alumni. As part of CAP, Michele works with a number of Boston nonprofits that focus primarily on youth and education. Michele has also served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Tenacre Country Day School and as a board member of BUILD, an entrepreneurial program that serves at-risk students in Boston`s public school system. Emma Chavenson Munsch, her financial aid coach emma@thewilynetwork.org Michele, has been working with non-profit organizations for 15 years, both as a board member and as a strategic advisor. In fact, she first met Wily as a member of the consulting team working on Wily`s strategic planning for 2020.
Having had college-aged children herself, Vily`s mission resonated with Michele and she was thrilled to join the board in 2022. She is passionate about being a resource that provides solutions to life`s challenges and aims to spread joy and love in everything she does. Chantée has over ten years of experience in administrative and operational support, human resources and finance. Meredith Mendelson (she) The Ellie Fund, Managing Director Sheila Murphy (she) Witt/Kieffer, Research Consultant Don Bramley is Managing Director of Audax Group, a leading mid-sized private investment firm. Over the past 19 years, Don has been instrumental in growing Audax`s private equity business. Prior to Audax, Don was a partner at The Parthenon Group, a strategic consulting firm. was a Managing Director at Meredith, Martin & Kaye, an investment management firm; and has held various positions in the Corporate Development Department of FMC Corporation and the Corporate Finance Division of Salomon Brothers.
Don received his B.A. from Middlebury College, where he studied economics, and his M.B.A. of Harvard Business School. Leann Walsh (she) Associate Counsel, K&L Gates Jennifer Schoen she/her Director of Northeastern University Scholarships and Outreach Programs In addition to the Wily Network, Don is a member of the President`s Leadership Council of Middlebury College and previously served five terms as a board member of Fessenden School in West Newton, Massachusetts, including two terms as chairman of the board. Jennifer has worked in higher education, colleges and universities on both coasts for over 25 years. She holds a bachelor`s degree in English and political science from Muhlenberg College and a master`s degree in higher education and student business administration from the University of Vermont. She has used her experience in admissions, orientation, residential living, student activities and career development to help first-generation college students navigate the challenges of the college admissions process and navigate the universities they attend. One of her proudest moments is founding the Champions program for teens and alumni of host families at the University of Washington. In her spare time, Jennifer is working on her PhD, trying to get on her bike as often as possible and learn how to podcast.
